In 1957, NYCOR SEARCH was founded as the first technical search firm in the Midwest. Forty years ago, NYCOR CONTRACT was founded with the same winning principles. By successfully aligning technical requirements with core competencies, and corporate culture to personalities, we develop long-term relationships with our clients and have become trusted advisors within an ever-changing marketplace.

All of our contractors are Nycor W-2 employees. As such, we can offer benefit packages similar to those in house. Contractor benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, PTO, weekly payroll and direct deposits.
For professional level candidates, we also offer 401K with company matching funds and immediate vesting in NYCOR’s contribution. We have found good benefits help retain great contract employees, and a happy contingent workforce is a productive one.
