We are a relationship-built company with only two owners – father and son – over its corporate lifetime.

We’re not traditional recruiters.

Rather than conventional recruiting based solely on resume matching, NYCOR and its employees operate as personal advisors for our clients and candidates. Every team member gets involved in all placements, allowing a wealth of knowledge and accumulated years of experience to go into every partnership.
