Highlights

First shift hours. This is a position for a person who takes pride in what they do and can work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Design and develop programs for CNC Wire EDM and Mill machines. Setup, check programs and make adjustments to computer as needed. Work from drawings. Recognize errors and resolve issues. Turn to your knowledge of machining techniques to set up machines as needed including advanced setup operations. Manage workflow schedule and work with the team to achieve production goals. Ensure machines are maintained.

Qualifications

Minimal High School diploma with AA in Machine Tool Technology preferred.
GD&T Certification required
10 Years machining experience
Strong experience with tight tolerance parts
5+ years in an ISO or AS workplace environment
Good computer skills as well as strong communication skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Proficiency maintaining extremely tight tolerance (less than .0001”)
Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
