Invoicing Specialist

$22.00 - $25.00 hourly

Join a family owned and operated Business that treats you like an employee not a number! We are looking for an invoicing specialist to help in the Accounting Department.

Highlights

This job could be hybrid after training period.

Responsibilities

Assist with mostly AR and general admin tasks. Using computer system for invoicing, processing payments, help with job costing, communicating regularly with customers and vendors, may help with collections.

Qualifications

Admin and accounting mix would be ideal. Positive attitude, Team player, Ability to work with a couple different departments. Must pass drug and background check.
