Grinding Machinist – Manual & CNC

$24-$28 per hour based on skills and experience

Full Time/ Direct Hire position with great benefits!

Highlights

First Shift – Monday to Friday with flexibility on the starting time. Overtime available.

We are looking for a full-time highly motivated Precision Grinding Machinist with precision CNC and manual internal, external, and surface grinding experience. Our Machinists set up and operate CNC ID and OD cylindrical grinders to perform routine or repetitive operations in a manner, which consistently meets customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Ability to Program and Set up CNC ID and OD cylindrical grinders.
Assist with fabricating new components per customer drawings.
Ability to check and verify work using various measurement methods including, but not limited to, pressure micrometers, bore gages, CMM, ratchet micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, profilometers, and height stands.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Precision Grinding Machinist role.
Program and Set up CNC ID and OD cylindrical grinders: 1 year (Preferred)
grinding: 5 years (Required)
