Highlights

Define each project’s scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication processes and services.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, sketches or other production orders to perform duties.
Strong attention to quality and detail orientation.
Ability to work independently.
Time management skills to meet schedules and time standards, to best of ability as instructed.

Core Skills:

Required- Knowledge of or experience in metal fabrication industry. Preferred- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position
